We
are able to offer both first quality fresh and frozen product. Our frozen
production uses the latest Liquid Nitrogen techniques which maintains an
exceptionally high quality as required by the market.
Our automated grading equipment gives us the facility to pack product in various specifications as follows:-
In 500g or 1 kilo with film wrapped plastic trays with printed
or plain film wrapped tray. A also 1.5, 2 or 3 kilo polystyrene box, 3 or
5 kilo polystyrene boxes (fresh)
Grades for the various market are normally as below with glaze levels to
suit Customer requirements.

We offer Shell on Scampi tails with grades ranging from 40/100 per kilo. In addition we can supply Peeled Scampi with various specifications to meet your requirements. Please contact us for further details.
