Sco-Fro has an enviable reputation as a reliable partner in the supply of high quality Scottish Seafood to Supermarket and Food Service markets around the world.

 

EFISOur Modern BRC Grade A approved plant in Fort William is situated in one of the most beautiful parts of the Scottish Highlands. We source top quality raw material from around the coast benefiting from our close proximity to the port of Mallaig, which is renowned for the highest quality fresh seafood, in particular scampi and monkfish.

 

GlenIsla France EURL has an built up an envied name over the years for offering extremely high quality fresh Scottish Seafood direct to the French market. The raw material is delivered into the factory within hours of the catch being landed and all scampi is packed fresh chilled for immediate distribution.

 

Our BRC Grade A Galloway Seafood factory located in Newton Stewart is a key supplier to major Retailer and Catering customers throughout the UK. It concentrates on producing highest quality whole-tail breaded scampi, deluxe fishcakes, fish bites and a range of fish goujons.

 

Our £4 million expansion project will be completed in summer 2010 which will substantially increase production capacity and product range.

 

BRCSco-Fro is also a major importer of Surimi, Salmon products and Whitefish, working in close partnership with BRC approved factories in Asia. Our present range of products are available in both retail & foodservice pack styles under both Sea Spray and own label brands.
