all holding BRC Higher level, Efsis or IFS Quality
Accreditations. Brands include Express Noodles, China
Sea, Lagoon and many more plus of course customers'
Private brands.
We can supply products from 65g to 130g with various
styles of seasonings both with and without MSG and
in different type of packaging, including supermarket
style shelf ready packaging.
Most popular mainstream flavours would include Chicken, Vegetable, Chow Mein, Curry and Prawn. Other popular flavours include BBQ beef, Thai Green Curry, Paprika Chicken and Bacon.

| Pot Noodles
Pot noodles originated in Japan
in the 1970's and they are extremely popular with
all types of customers. Over 200 million pots are
consumed in the UK annually.
We supply pot noodles, sometimes called cup noodles,
under our own brands and also customer private labels
in plastic and paper pots or cups. We can supply in
net weights from about 47g to over 100g with various
styles of seasoning, both with and without MSG.
Popular mainstream flavours include Chicken &
Mushroom, Beef & Tomato, Spicy or Mild Curry.
Slightly more exotic flavours would include Chow Mein,
Thai Green Curry, Chicken Teriyaki, Spicy Prawn and
many more.
No cooking utensils are needed, just some hot water
and a fork for a quick, satisfying snack in your favourite
flavour. |
Bowls
As an alternative to pots, we offer instant noodles and also instant pasta in plastic or paper bowls.
Lunch box
'Express noodles' lunchboxes are
quick snack noodles with seasoning which are ready-to-eat
after 3 or 4 minutes in the microwave or by simply
adding boiling water.
Express noodles come in handy 78g-95g packs which
provides a good snack portion when served. Since
convenience is a major factor when choosing hot
snacks, each pack includes a fork.
This product will satisfy the needs of the sophisticated
snacker - Express Noodles are great value, easy
to prepare and most importantly are a tasty and
versatile hot snack.

Low fat
The majority of instant noodles are manufactured using a steaming and a frying process.
For the slightly more health conscious, we can supply instant noodles and cup noodles which are steamed and air dried to reduce the fat content from the oil. Various flavours and net weights can be supplied.
Udon Noodles
Japanese style udon noodles are termed fresh noodles but with a shelf life of around 10-12 months.
Prepare on their own, with a sauce or, better still, as part of a stir fry. Styles include Thick Udon, Medium and Fine.

Vermicelli Noodles
Made from rice and water, these versatile noodles are translucent
when raw, very fine, and white when cooked. They cook very
quickly and are Gluten Free.
Packs are 65g - 90g with optional seasoning and sauce sachets.
